As ONE Health Ohio and RISE Recovery continue to grow, we want you to join our team of professionals. An IN-PERSON hiring event will be hosted at the Lloyd McCoy Community Health Center. Walk-ins are welcome.
ONE Health Ohio and RISE Recovery will have multiple Hiring Managers on site to answer ANY questions you may have!

There are many drug and alcohol intervention programs out there that can help people conquer their addictions. However, at Community Arts Experience, Inc., we believe the key to helping increase resilience against addiction and substance misuse and other adverse outcomes amongst individuals requires a holistic development approach. Education focusing on caring, loving relationships, and cultivating social connections and support at the local and family levels are vital components to transforming culture.
TOURNAMENT OVERVIEW:
Teams comprised of co-ed youth participants ages 10-17, parents, and adults from the Shenango Valley and surrounding faith communities will compete to win the coveted title of C.A.E.’s ‘Kick-The-Habit’ Kickball Community Champions and proudly house the 56” team trophy for one year.
A complimentary lunch will be provided for all event attendees.
During the lunch hour, participants will have an opportunity to hear a personal testimony featuring Apostle Brian Pleasant of One Kingdom Ministries on how he was able to “kick the habit” of addiction and live a life of freedom.
Additional educational resources will be made available throughout the event from C.A.E. STOMP partners and community services agencies. Cornhole game boards will be available to add to the fun for non-participating event attendees.
This event is in collaboration with The Life Center of Greenville and One Kingdom Ministries of Farrell and is sponsored by the Mercer County Behavioral Health Commission, Inc.

The West Middlesex Volunteer Fire Department is holding a “Fire Float ~ Poker Run” on Sunday August 29th along the Shenango River launching in Wheatland PA on Ohio Street and ending the Float at the Boat Launch/Viaduct in West Middlesex PA. All are welcome to participate and support the West Middlesex Volunteer Fire Department!
- Floaters will drop their gear in Wheatland on Ohio Street and proceed to the boat launch at the Viaduct in West Middlesex where the Float ends.
- Floaters will be shuttled back to their gear in Wheatland on Ohio Street and launch onto the Shenango River. Shuttles will be provided from 8:00 am – 11:00am for the participants
- Floaters will stop at pre-arranged locations to draw their own playing cards towards their Poker hand
- A Picnic is provided at the end of the Float at the Viaduct in West Middlesex where the Floaters vehicles are parked
- Prizes will be given to the Best and Worst Poker Hand for the day
